Car Wrap Light Box
A ceiling-mounted light box is an essential tool in the vehicle wrap industry for achieving precision, speed, and superior finish quality. Installed above the working bay, it provides bright, uniform, and shadow-free illumination across the entire vehicle surface. This is particularly critical during vinyl wrap installation, where surface imperfections, trapped air bubbles, and alignment errors can be difficult to detect under standard lighting.
The light box uses a high-intensity LED panel with a diffused lens to simulate daylight conditions, enhancing visibility of even the smallest imperfections in both the substrate and the applied film. Its overhead positioning frees up valuable workspace, eliminates the need for portable lights, and ensures consistent lighting from every angle during wrapping, trimming, or heat application.
This setup is particularly valuable when working with stretch films, matte finishes, chrome wraps, and patterned vinyls, where precision in tension, alignment, and seam blending is essential. By providing a controlled, bright environment, a ceiling light box helps reduce installation time, minimise rework, and maintain professional quality standards.

Harpoon edge
At SEG Australia, we use premium harpoon edges that lock securely into the groove. Standard flat silicone can drop out under weight, but our harpoon edge and special extrusion keep it firmly in place.

Installation is easy if you have the right tools, or speak to us if you need assistance to install

Electrical
All our LED lightings comes with quick connectors. Cables, power cords, LED drivers can get damaged in transit. Pls. ensure with certified electrician when installing / tagging at site.

Packaging
All our frames are supplied to a maximum length of 1500mm, multiple length will be supplied with set of straight Joiners.
